Alligator Hunts. Alligator hunting is extreme and very exciting. On average we harvest 10’ or better. The success rate is high due to the time of year “August-Nov” and due to the fact that they are only hunted at night by order of the State Game and Fish commission rules. This is a draw or lottery hunt and there is a limit on the number of hunts that we are able to take on a given season. So if you are interested in this type of excitement I would suggest that you contact us as soon as you can so that we can try to secure a tag for you.

Osceola Turkey hunts. If you are seeking something a little less “toothy” we also offer Osceola turkey hunts. Our hunts are provided to our clients on private property, not on public hunting ground! We understand that you may be one of two hunters. You may be the “grand slam hunter” or the “I just love to turkey hunt” kind of hunter. No matter what type of hunter you are, we will do our best to put you on target with a mature, full fan Gobbler. Hunts include 3 days of hunting or your Turkey. That being said we only harvest a select number of turkeys each year and so we can only take a few of the many clients that call to book a hunt. If you are interested in this hunt then call early to ensure your hunt.  

Fishing in Florida. Osceola Outback is known world wide for the Barramundi fishing that we offer to our clients. Osceola Outback Adventures is the only guide service on the North American Continent that has Barramundi fishing to offer to our clients. Barramundi is a fish native to the country of Australia. They were brought to Florida to provide consumers with a great tasting and extremely healthy fish to eat. We have been blessed with the opportunity to have sole fishing rights to this unique fish farm located in central Florida. Arkansas Duck and Goose hunts. “Hunt the Pit” is the name for our Arkansas property where we provide some of the best Duck and Goose hunts available in the State of Arkansas. Hunt the Pit is located in north east Arkansas between the small farming towns of Waldenburg and Fisher Arkansas. Hunt the Pit has available to our clients a private 800 acre rice and bean farm. The property is located just east of the very well know Cache river and Bayou DeView and just west of the St Francis River. We are also located directly adjacent to Mallard Pond. Mallard pond is 1500 acre private Duck club and is also one of the oldest in the state of Arkansas. Mallard pond has a 200 acre rest pond that does not get hunted and this is great news for our clients because this rest pond is only a quarter to a half mile away form your hunting. As if that was not enough we are also just a few miles south of the world famous Claypool reservoir known for the 300,000 Mallard Ducks that were filmed on sight on December 23, 1956. We are able to provide our clients with a complete hunting package. Prices include lodging meals and a great half day hunt in one of our four dry and comfortable pit blinds located in flooded rice fields.

Flooded Green Timber.  Flooded Timber hunting is defiantly one of the most exciting and nostalgic hunts when it comes to hunting Mallards. We are proud to offer to our clients a very good stand of flooded timber that is located on our private property. Our flooded timber consists of 85 acres of prime hunting with three open holes in the green timber for us to choose from. When the Ducks are working the timber and they are IN YOUR FACE there is nothing on this earth quite like it. That being said this is what separates “Hunt the pit” from other hunting services, we are able to follow the birds. If they want to hit the rice in the morning and the timbre in the afternoon then so do we. Customer satisfaction is job one, I operate a very personal hunting experience and my guides and I will do everything in our power to provide you, your friends and/or family with a great time. I am able to provide my clients with a few different choices. If it is one or two people and you would like the lodge and the hunting to your self that can be done for an extra charge. However we don’t over book our property and usually have no more than 6-10 hunters on the entire farm at one time.

Conservation Hunts.  If Goose hunting is your passion then allow us to accommodate you. We use e-callers while hunting from our pits or dry fields. The Area in Arkansas that we hunt is known for the very large migrations of Snows that winter here. We normally see great flights of geese for up to 3 weeks of the fly-back, that’s not to say that we don’t continue to have great hunts. However I urge my clients to take advantage of the first 2-3 weeks as it is the most predictable and action packed. Call for availability and pricing
